The courts of this country should not be the places where resolution of disputes begins. They should be the places where the disputes end after alternative methods of resolving disputes have been considered and tried.
If we desire respect for the law, we must first make the law respectable.
Remember that it is not the lawyer who knows the most law, but the one who prepares his case, who wins.
A law is valuable, not because it is a law, but because there is right in it.
Based in Nairobi, we are a dedicated full-service law firm offering thoughtful legal support across commercial law, property, dispute resolution, family matters, and more.
